Clean Energy – 2010

windfarm

The priority

Create new jobs and increase Colorado’s homegrown clean energy sources – like wind and solar – while stabilizing consumer electric bills.

Why this is vital now

With economic hardships continuing throughout the state and nation, Colorado needs to spark job growth in this growing industry.  The new energy economy offers Colorado an industry that isn’t tied to the boom and bust cycles of other energy forms and protects the natural wonder that makes Colorado unique.  Our state is positioned to be the national leader in this fast growing industry and we should take advantage of this opportunity.
